    Hi all,

Well the upwards spiral continues +3lbs. It really is time to draw a line and get back on it!

Hope all are well, some great losses and even the gains are miniscule compared to mine...

It is always amazing that the weight goes back on quicker than it came off!

How about being on plan during the week and having the weekends off... it might help stabilise your loss x

That's seems to be a known fact! :(

Going off plan at weekends is OK for maintaining (I think that's what tie does) but saving syns for weekends gives more chance of losing. I've done that from Day 1 and stayed at target for 6 years until recent holiday.

We had lunch in the city centre. I had a JP with tuna salad. I'm counting 2 syns for a bit of dressing.

Enjoyed my half time banana, didn't miss Crunchie at all. Lucky I didn't take a cucumber as may not have got through the bag search! :rotfl:

Hi everyone, hope you're all ok.

Weighed in this morning and lost 0.5lb which I was quite surprised about as I was convinced there would be a gain. Still within target, so was happy.

I find the weekends hopeless for sticking to plan. Tomorrow should be better as I have a cooked lunch with lots of veg. The real test will be next week, as I am off work with the kids.

I have started having a pint of Guinness on a Saturday night as I find it does help with a "good clearout" (pardon the pun).

Have bought the new "Sweet Dreams" dessert book as I love my sweet things and there's a few nice recipes in there.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend folks x

Hello, alleycat. Wow, you are already a star! You’ll love it here.

Sunshine, send the KKs here. I can happily ignore them (also any chocolate cake). Now empire biscuits …. When my son was little, and we were out for the day, we’d usually give him and his sister the run of a fruit shop for a snack. DD would choose a nectarine and he’d pick a half cucumber. As he approached his teens he progressed to watermelon.

    Well done, gts and TIE.

Well, maman, at least you didn’t start with a defeat! Draw here too, marginal improvement on last week. I think I need to start having a snack again as I’m beginning to think that’s what’s affecting the result. I chucked the fleece I had on last week, but it clearly wasn’t enough, lol.

    Fishy week continues

    Breakfast: hexb toast with sardines
Lunch: baked potato with tuna mayo (1) and spring onion
Dinner: smoked haddock, baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, leeks, green beans & peas, WW cherry yogurt
    Snacks: finger of fudge (6)
    hexa cheese and grapes

I think your son made an appropriate choice.... you do get some funny looks eating a cucumber!

2stone 4 lbs :T:T:T:T:T:T that is fantastic loss.

I had similar issue, but then I thought about it. When I started the diet, my clothes were all tight, and now they fit or are a little loose.... the only area that I have noticeably shrunk is my boobs!

    -3lb loss this week.

Off for a very long walk x
