:Twell done to all losers, great and small!:D
I know what you mean about losses not showing up until the following week greentiger. That often happens to me but it is disheartening when you know you've been 'good' and have little (loss) to show for it.:(
I've resigned myself to getting back to target very slowly so your small steps quote rung a bell for me. I'm going to go to WI on Thursday morning as I'm out for lunch Thursday and Friday so I'm going to book holidays for the next couple of weeks so I can minimise damage over time. Your target weight is exactly the same as mine shiprob. I can't wait to be there again.:)
I've put wiz's lentil soup in the SC for some easy SP lunches and prepped the hash for dinner. I was going to go into town and treat myself to a Pret salad for lunch but I've made my own instead then I'll go out afterwards. Very mse. :money:
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA for drinks
L: tuna salad (SP lunch)Austrian ham hash with greens (possibly cauli and broccoli)
Syns: cheese on top of hash: I'll allow 3 but may offset some from HEA if I don't use all allowance.0 -
Afternoon all

Like I said to someone on one of the facebook posts the other day who were getting disheartened
1lb loss a week = 52lb a year or nearly 4 stone
1/2 loss a week = 26lb a year or nearly 2 stone.
Still fantastic and we're all going in the right direction:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:
