    Here is this weeks chart

    SW15082017.jpg

    Well done Sunshinemummy on SOTW :j:j:j

    *SOTW is the person that has lost most this week who has also lost or maintained last week

    I think I may have messed up on the weigh ins. I was only away from SW for one week (weigh in 3).
    Please can you alter the chart @kathrynha ? Don't worry if it's too much hassle

    Just went for a walk in the woods....... cockled over, fell, skidded and passed out. My friend had a bit of a meltdown, lost the dog... I woke up to her in tears.

    We was 2 miles from home and it was not accessible by a car... gradually hobbled home. I have cut hands, arms, legs, a poorly ankle and a bruised ego.

    I am just pleased Liverpool are winning, when the game ends I will put him on warning that he may have to be my chauffeur tomorrow....:D:D:D:D

    Silly question, of course I ate before I went walking.

    I left home with;

    2 apples.
    blueberries
    2 banana
    3 large toms.

    came back with empty bag.

    Tea - steak, and tomato.... stuffed!

    Thanks for the message.... I think we may have to have a family activity.....:D:D:D:D
