I'm not out to join a clique group here but to stick up for people like Julie who are now being got at because others are not aware of the facts as they are above.

No problem Julie, I don't know either. All I know is there are always 2 sides to every story and that before other people start having a go they should be in full possesion of the facts. As far as I can tell Julie you have gone out of your way on here to help an awful lot of people and given most of us masses of inspiration which unfortunately seems to have been forgotten all too quickly!

Rusty, like Becs said did not have a problem with you using elements of my 'about us' page but it was far to similar to say that it wasn't copied. I sent you a pm to which you replied and said that you would see if you could 'tweak' it and that 'in the long run it was not the same'.
I sent a pm back saying that it was very similar and even if you didnt intend to it looked 'copied'. Rusty you never replied to that pm and you have not changed your 'about us' page either or have intention to it seems.
Rusty you have got to admit that you have copied more than 1 sentence! I was upset and and a both Becs and Julie had also seen your website and had noticed the similarities.
Like others have said on this thread it is here to help others and I whole heartedly 100% agree with that and I often post to help others. If I didnt want my stuff copied then I wouldnt post pics on here. All my stuff is on my website for people to copy anyway. All my ideas have come from others too like from the US and Oz sights. I have also copied Julie's ideas as she knows but seen as i dont sell on ebay or anywhere near Julie there is no harm at all.
Rusty you do help a lot of people on several threads which is fab ...my gripe is that you won't admit to copying word for word. All I asked is that you changed that.
The isuues with copying and both selling the same stuff on ebay need to be sorted out between you and Julie.

I dont think and i may have to take this back but im sure i have never said about anyone on here copying me. Yes i have said people have done i e a girl at the same craft fair as me and ebay but im sure i have never said about anyone on here doing it. I only post some of my baby gifts and i know as soon as the photo goes on the web yes someone will copy it in some way or another the gifts that i think are my ideas ( and yes somewhere in the world there may be the same thing) i dont and have never posted photos of

And yes since coming on this thread my nappy cakes and got more and more like Bella's and so are the flowers on my cupcakes i did ask her if it was ok and i did put a thank you to her on my blog

These are the facts Rusty and not a witch hunt. I'm quite sure Bella would not have minded you using the gist of the wording and the ideas of what she has composed but you have copied it virtually word for word. We all use ideas from each other and that is absoloutely fine but if someone is not happy about exact copying of things like websites then that must be respected. I'm sure Bella would have put an awful lot of time and effort into doing her website and that is why it is not nice to see someone just take that effort for themselves. I'm not having a go at anyone, I am merely setting the record straight. I think this is something that you need to sort of with Bella.

Right first thing first. My web domains were bought months before Bella had even decided to set up a website, my wording was done on the website around 2 weeks later but a smoke screen put on the website so all you could see was a temporary holding page which I am sure you understand having your own website in the first place!

I will not admit to copying when I have not done so! Yet the accusations are there from you aswell. I could pick out several websites that have pretty much that exact wording so maybe Bella copied from them? oh no sorry Bella hasn't copied from anyone! You say you are here to set the record straight yet you jump in and agree with everything Bella says and claim there are 2 sides to every story ... when did you get in touch with me and ask me my side to the story? you think that 1 post from me where I blow a fuse is my side?? Alrighty then!

Also if someone can come up with a normal name for Pyjamas, cutlery and all of the other things in the passage above then please let me know cause as far as I was concerned they only actually had one widely used name!
