So just to be a complete pedant, I want to check my understanding of what's been said so far... with the law being different in Scotland, the most G24 can legally do, is invite the registered keeper to share with them who the driver was and the registered keeper is not legally obliged, under Scottish Law, to provide any details of who was driving the car and that the registered keeper should not reply in any way to the letters they receive from G24 or their sub-contracted companies.

I'm up for getting on to DVLA if the experts on this forum think I should. Not looking to hijack this thread, so if you want me to start a new thread, please say It seems to me that we could be pooling our resources on this issue for the specific car park in Scotland and save the knowledgeable people who provide advice from having to repeat themselves so much??

Report them to The DVLA. They are, yet again, trying to mislead people.

I had thought that with access to the database, just I shot myself in the foot giving away it was myself driving. oh, to clarify I am unable to work atm due to my mental health in general. this has not caused this issue. although it has not helped my anxiety and stress levels at all.

Did you redact the e-mails/letters you sent to DD ?
