Having sex with somebody else when married is adultery, the gender of the person they have sex with is entirely irrelevant.

I'd also suggest that, as it's his idea/choice, that he is the one to pack his bags and move into a grotty bedsit somewhere.

Don't be so sure , politcorrectness could easily make it detrimemtal to your case with your solicitor tiptoeing for fear of being accused of hate crime and homophobia.

Having re-read the OP, I'm more inclined to this view too. I had thought he could be muddling up a desire for anal sex with being gay, but I'd missed the part about oral sex in the OP.

That is exactly the question I would have asked at the time. Problem is, he'd likely say, "Yep, no problem" as he is so desperate to cheat on his wife.

For me, it's a no-brainer. Man, woman, horse or dog, you have sex with someone else we are done - whether you've told me about it before you do it or not. 20 years marriage or 1 year, I couldn't handle the jealousy. For me, marriage has to be monogamous.

I'd also struggle with the fact that this had been kept a secret for so long. It makes a mockery of the whole marriage IMO.

Yes, but some of us try to be sensitive in our replies. Others are jumping to wild conclusions and saying things which in my opinion aren't at all helpful.
