The kids still eat everything as they did. Everything in moderation they even eat sweets and of course what I bake
Absolutely right - and so should you! Try not to make food your enemy - it's lovely stuff, really, you know this because you feed it to the kids - so try to remind yourself of that fact, too. :kisses3: Something to tackle with the counselling perhaps? (Personally I blame the diet industry for these demonisation of food - making things "bad", "naughty" or a "si(y)n" is such a negative, destructive way of encouraging people to look at anything. :-( )🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

I hate food. I hate my weight etc. But I'm never happy with it
Ever! Being underweight/overweight/okay!
I focus on feeding the kids well because I want to avoid them following my footsteps.
I'm tired tonight so I've got all my jobs done rather than sitting on hereand I'm going to have a shower and an early night. Hopefully with some sleep!
Appointments to go to tomorrow for myself so the kids are off to my mums for the day. No expensive coffee will be had tomorrow thoughI guess that's a plus point of giving up :rotfl:
Have washed and ironed everything for work/school and made sure we have everything (which we do) So that's a major thing ticked off the list.
Me and exOH have been having arguments which I just feel like I'm banging my head on the wall0 -
I hope your appointments go well. Well done on doing all the ironing, I still need to do all of the children's for school. I think I'll probably quite enjoy it, I don't mind ironing small things!0

Hope today goes ok. Grr to annoying exes!
I'm going to iron all the uniform before little jwil starts, it's probably the only time it will ever be ironed :rotfl:"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
