Thank you again for all the help. I have done everything suggested and listened to all the advice.

I still obviously feel terrible so please don't be worried if I am not around much. I do appreciate the time taken to help I don't want to seem ignorant nor ungrateful x


Over the weekend I lost all control of everything. The only way I know how to deal with things wasn't enough. I'm still not back to where I want to be but at least I can feel some relief of regaining some control. Probably makes no sense now I've read that back. But thank you x
