HI I think that when we've been under an enormous amount of pressure, and the pressure is then lifted, as yours has been with the extra money, then our body and mind reacts as it wasn't allowed to while it was all going on. You HAD to keep going but now you can relax a bit and it's all hitting you at once.
You've been through enough to break most people, and have the emotional hurt of a relationship breakup to cope with as well. I think what you're going through now is a normal reaction to it all, but try to be kind to yourself. If you need to cry, do so, If you need to vent, do so (people on here will understand I'm sure) It's like getting over an illness, it takes time, but it WILL pass.
Thinking about you and sending ((hugs)) XXI Believe.....
That it isn't always enough, to be forgiven by others.
Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery
Today is a gift. That's why it is called the present.
happiness isn't achieved by getting extra things,
but by getting rid of the things that make you unhappy0 -
