Ordered mine, recived no probs. RANG to cancel, very pleasant person answered with no pressure at all. They said no need to return the parcel as would cost too much for them

Have since checked on the imp website using my account number and it shows as cancelled. Perhap this mght be an idea to do once you think you have cancelled just to make sure at http://www.imponline.com/

Would happily try any future offers as we have also been buying the childrens computer series with no problems and stopped/started when we wanted to

Ohhhhh nooooo the big bad wok thread.:eek: I would avoid this one if you dont want a long silly process of phone calls, letters, emails, so on just for the sake of the wee wok!

Am still being sent cards despite all my dealings with this lovely company! :mad:

I agree, they were a right pain. I wouldn't touch this with a 10ft chopstick

I think with the amount of us that were taken in and ordered this, we could probabaly make a 10ft chop stick!!

still getting mail from them asking for payment

Have checked account online and it does say 'Cancelled Order' which I definitely did within the 10 (I think it was 10) days. Looking at my payment slip, on one page it says AMOUNT DUE £4.49 whereas on the other page it says AMOUNT DUE £4.99. yeesh.

any suggestions what I should do?

Count yourself lucky that you never got one lil. Many people did, including me and have had non stop trouble with the company. I suppose thats what we get for wanting the freebie and not the card collection.

Hi all

I did receive the wok, cards and spice, had to go through the ra-ra of cancelling with the woman telling me that I could have it for half price if I decided to keep it - told her no, I'd rather send it back - she said, in that case you can keep the lot (stroppily) and I shall cancel your order.

Never heard a peep from the company any more (I must have been lucky) and truly enjoying the use of my free wok!
