Hmmm - cant get through. Every time I fill in the details boxes and sumbit the form, I get a 'file not found' error message. Anyone else having problems?

ooo i need a new wok after mr divadee washed mine ???

thats a tip for anyone new to a wok DONT wash it as it goes all rusty just wipe it clean and then out some oil on it

Once had a standard (i.e. non erm, non-stick) wok, and wiped it and treated it with oil as divadee says, and it was OK, but ... A non-stick one is just easier to look after, and you don't get real or imagined touches of rustiness to the taste of your egg-fried rice!
