I'm pretty confident it is. If you look on Morrisons website, you can see the writing on the pack quite clearly.

Thanks for that bubbs . I really like those and it's not often they're on offer.

Oh my,I have been so hungry this afternoon.Trying to be good, but .....

    Today's menu:

    Brunch (at mid-day): bacon,eggs,tomatoes,baked beans,onion,spinach

    Snacks: yoghurt (free)
    rice cakes (3.5 syns)
    peach

Tea: a bit of Kentucky Fried Chicken and even tinier amount of the fries.Hubby had bought it home as a treat for the kids,I thought "why not?",but it was nearly cold, and didn't reheat well,so was dry and tough.Still, guesss I still had too many syns out of it!

(EDIT: looking it up,the drumstick I had was 6 syns, the bit of thigh was about 4 -much less than I thought. And so few fries, about 3 syns.Am shocked \kfc is not more syns,to be honest.WHen one of the kids asked,at tea,how many syns inKFC,I told them I hdn't been game to look it up,but I was guessing about 14 syns a piece.)

Snacks almost immediately after tea:rice cakes (3.5 syns)
    popcorn (2.5 syn)
    Hifi bars (HEB)

    Snack: peach

    Snack/small meal: Batchelor's rice (free)

    Snack :o :2 Hifi bars (6 syns)
    yoghurt (1/2 syn)

And then I stopped eating :rotfl::rotfl:

Wish I had made myself a proper tea,as I had originally planned.KFC syns really not worth it tonight :(

Maman the pasta sauce was a Seeds of Change jar of sauce (9.5 syns for the jar),so am guessing it might have some sugar in it.

What a snacky day!How I remembered, but ignored, the fact that I have hidden 2 easter eggs and the accompanying chocolates from myself,I don't know.Maybe that is what the old Saver-upper would have done. These days I am trying to make good choices :A.
