I don't have a third Speed at every meal either as I rarely have any at breakfast time. I make up for it by having more like half at lunch and dinner. When I was getting to target I would snack on a satsuma or some beetroot to keep the Speed topped up. Satsumas are really easy to carry with you. I even used to eat them at half time at the football! Lunchtime I often have a SP meal like the omelette with salad I had today or vegetable soup in the winter. HTH.

tweets, I bought Salter digital body analyser scales last year from Debenhams they're £20.80 now.
They measure water and fat content as well!!!!!

They did have them in Argos but must be old stock as not there now.

I always go for Salter for kitchen and bathroom scales, pretty decent quality although they're not giving me the information I would like at the moment.!

That's good because I think Debenhams take Love 2 shop vouchers too. :)

Scottish Slimmers has two options, you can either count checks (each check is about 25 calories) so you look up the check value of foods, as you do on SW for syns. Similarly everyday you must have some calcium based food and some fibre.
They have recently introduced 'FlexiSlim' which seems to be like Slimming World, freely eat fruit, veg, lean meat, but count anything else.

I've used Scottish Slimmers before, but this time I think they are losing members to Slimming World. Perhaps next time I'll try Slimming World.:rotfl: I only wanted to lose a stone and I've got 3lbs to go so hopefully not too long to go. :T:T

Keep up the good work everyone, my way of keeping motivation up, is to keep focussed, I read slimming magazines and articles, and this forum, and check on Pinterest for recipes every day!!
