Thanks Denise. Will definitely try that next time. One question though - in the recipe I used, the bread was soaked in milk and then whisked with the eggs, tuna, and grated carrots to make a sort of gloop. If I use potatoes, do I boil them first? And how do I add them in so they are evenly spread out? Sorry...I did say I am a rubbish cook.

Morning all... So sorry that I haven't posted the chart
OH had a mental breakdown on Sunday so I've obviously been trying to sort that out and all that entails, doctors appointments etc.
I will try and post it tonight, as it's the last week, but please bear with me.
Obviously going forward I'm not going to have the time to start a new challenge so if anyone wants to pick up the mantle (mantel?) then please feel free.

But before I forget, today's plan:
Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
Lunch - cheese salad
Dinner - HM pot noodle
Snacks - fruit, Aldi quavers, cereal bars
HA - milk and cheese
HB - cereal bars
Syns - aldi quavers (2.5)
Body magic - managed 8769 steps and 29 active minutes yesterday. Today aiming for 7000 steps and 15 active minutes againZebras rock0 -
