Putting bread in seems a waste to me - you've either got to use your HEB or syn it! At least potatoes are free.
Best to use them sliced. I also never add any milk to the eggs, just whisk the eggs and add a drop of water to break down the whites, works really well. Also do that when I do scrambled eggs.

    Cooked pasta would also work.
Like the tip of adding a drop of water to eggs. Will try that.

Absolutely no reason why you can't just cook SW meals for everyone. My DH eats exactly what I eat, apart from he has white bread as can't tolerate wholemeal. He also have large slices not small. As he doesn't need to lose much he also has extra sandwiches, usually cheese! but not a problem as men get 25 syns anyway if they're following SW!

We all eat the same in my house. Daughter is very sporty and still growing, and hubby is an absolute bean pole who can't put weight on, but they both eat main meals that are SW friendly.
Daughter has normal crisps in her packed lunch, instead of the healthier versions I have, and they have sandwiches, where as I have salads for my lunches.

Daughter really loves all the extra veg I put in meals, and hubby doesn't complain about it.

Breakfast - 1 large pack of raw green beans (I rather like these) and 2 slices of ham.

Lunch - green salad, banana and apple

    Snack - peach

Tea - baked fish, tomato and aubergine bake.

(the rest of the family had the high fat shepherds pie ooh and gf had veggie lasagna second day on the trot..... I think the ones I popped in the freezer will be gone soon!)

Bless her, I bet the move will be heartbreaking for her. Hope it goes well x

    Did you enjoy the sausages?

I have an online apg to get rid of.... GF is a veggie (well she is the worst veggie in the world... she regularly goes ooh.. I'll just have a stead etc!)

I need another name for the GF but I really cannot think of one....
