I would of done while I was getting to target but not I'm at target I don't want to come out of it just before going on holiday!!! I've only got 1 WI before then. Would like to have at least a few pounds to play with when I go away.
So I'm definitely back on plan today with fewer syns:A.

I've not made them but someone did for a Group tasters a while ago. It's OK but it definitely NOT a steak bake - that has to be made with pastry.
It's not something I'd bother with as you need to use tinned stewing steak and make sure it's one of the free ones and the only one I know of is the Asda one.

Why do you put bread in a frittata? I've never done that! Is it to make it a bit more substanial? If so, I used sliced boiled potatoes or sliced tinned potatoes which of course makes it Free.
