Had a lovely day out today with DH at a country fair. Took a sandwich, Hifi bar and some diet lime squash to drink.

All meals were to plan today but at the show there were lots of bits to try so I've had 2 cupcakes! several pieces of sausage; various chutneys (none of which I liked, all far too sweet) and a pastry turnover with various veggies ('twas very nice but no idea how many syns!)

So far I've totted up to 67.5 since WI on Thursday but need to add some more syns for the pastry, sausages & chutneys - will have to see what I can find on line, suspect it's going to be in the teens!

Will just need to cut back on syns for the rest of the week to rein it back in.
