You can have lasagne though but without loads of cheese and sauce

I could not have this one.... the beef was full of fat and the cheese sauce has 2 large packs of cheese in it!

I am going to get some less than 5% fat beef and have a go next weekend, but at the moment I am quite enjoying the strange diet that I have developed....today I have had

Hand full of green beans (I rather like these for snacking).
2 x Tomato (like eating an apple)
    2 x Raw carrot
Raw mushrooms (as I was chopping them for the men's lasagna)
4 x Cold boiled potato (they tasted nicer cold than they did hot yesterday!)

Jacket potato, tuna and sweetcorn with a spoon of fat free yoghurt, then an apple/banana sliced up with yoghurt... I am stuffed.

However, I do need to start to think about doing a bulk cooking and stacking the freezer with food that I can eat (suggestions greatly received) :T:T:T

I will put large stickers on the food stating DO NOT TOUCH... but I bet it will not stop them. Before he left, DS1 had bought some rather lovely chocolates for me and had put them in the fridge with a do not touch label on them....... I thought ooh they can be my treat when I lose 2 stone.... but today I discovered that someone has ate them all... if I have chocolate in the house I don't crave it, but if there isn't any I crave chocolate so I will need to buy more chocolate and re-label.... I wonder how long that will last for!

    :p:p:p:p
