Well done. Missing your challenge is nothing against the amazing losses you have had.
Good news about the diabetic range.

Well done on the loss, and the steps. Puts my steps to shame.
I feel the same as you about feeling fitter and weighing less than when the challenge started, despite missing my target. The target would be nice, but it is just a number. How you feel is more important.
    Thankyou :D

    Morning all.

Well I got away with the bunfest yesterday - -1lb this week, despite that and other naughtiness involving hula hoops. That leaves me 11lbs to my original target set at the start of the year. I'm short again on my target for the thread - perhaps I need to be a bit more realistic about the rate of weight loss for the next, so Shala can I have 7.5lb for the next challenge, which will get me to the next stone barrier.

I'm off on a short holiday in a couple of weeks time, all inclusive which may have been a mistake but it was a real bargain and a much needed break for me and OH, so I plan to enjoy it!

Some good losses again so well done, losers, and those upping their exercise. Ruthy I've had the couch to 5k app downloaded for months but done nothing with it - your efforts may inspire me! Good news Bubbs on your health, that's brilliant.
    :T:T:T well done and thankyou

Hullo all, may I join in? I got referred to SW by my GP for high blood pressure. I've been going for 14 weeks now (got a countdown when my referral ran out) and have lost 1st 10.5lbs so far. My interim target is another 2 st 1lb away so nearly halfway there. My final target is 3st 11lb away. I don't know if I will ever get there as I have never been that light in my adult life but I at the moment I am focused on the interim target (which also I thought was impossible but is seeming increasingly doable!).

I have also dropped from a size 20 to a size 16 so am well chuffed!

Enough waffling. My plan for today is:
Body Magic: 10 mins exercise bike - DONE
Breakfast: Little bit of leftover pasta and some almond milk
Lunch: Vegetable bulgur wheat, cabbage curry, mixed lentils
Dinner: Homemade SW cottage pie, steamed veg

HEA: Almond milk + little bit of semi skimmed milk and reduced fat cheddar in pasta & cottage pie
    HEB: 2 Hi Fi bars
Syns: Possibly none though probably one Milk Tray type chocolate
Hello and welcome, well done on your loss so far:T:T

    Hi all and welcome Mouche.

-3lbs for me this week and for the first time ever completed the challenge :):):)
    :T:T:T well done
Weigh in for me and a 3lb loss this was unexpected but has also got me to my target weight so absolutely thrilled with that. I feel happy in my skin and don't quite recognise the person in the mirror if that makes sense. I have been in denial about my weight loss, not daring think the figures on the scales equated to an actual loss on my body, but there is no mistaking - Last night I ditched my jeans that I've been holding up with a belt and got into new ones ... 2 sizes smaller. Likewise with work skirt - new one - 2 sizes.. Keep the faith everyone... each 1/2lb loss really does make a difference.
    Well done:T:T:T some brilliant loses:D
