    I'm sorry.
    I ate 3 - yes THREE - Fry's Creams today.
Gone to hide under the stairs.

I saw some on a special offer at a till somewhere yesterday - including the peppermint ones, my favourite sweet ever - had to walk away fast!

However, I baked with granddaughter yesterday, sent all the buns with her but they all came back with her today. I've eaten 4....:(

Ooh - I meant to say that I'm now on week 7 of the couch to 5K and can run for 25 mins without stopping. :j I managed 10000 steps yesterday (although I have to admit to jogging on the spot in my PJ's for the last 200 :o)

So, I should be happy! I'm fitter and I weigh less than when the challenge started even if I didn't make my target.

Hi Jo thanks for mentioning the burger. I make my burgers and there is no fillers it's just minced steak. I don't know the syns for burgers.
I felt it was just easier to syn the toast .:)

95g of minced steak is the equivalent of an HEB - just shy of a quarter pounder. My home made burgers are less than that! So if yours' are the same then definitely worth synning rather than the bread!

At least it was one hand......impressive.

On Sunday night I could not sleep as I was wondering when I would be able to run without facing the dilemma ..... do I hold my boobs or stomach!!!!!

  • I think I should change my name to missinginaction....but I do think of you all honestly.

Won't be weighing this week so effectively have missed (yet another) target...though I'm hoping to hit it next week.

We're going away in the caravan again so I've made the pinchofnom's chilli pasta bake to take away with us ...I have got garlic bread (but I'm sure hubby will eat most of that) & salad to eat with it and other SW friendly meals. I've weighed my cereal to take with me for brekkie as well as some hifi bars. But I may given in to the wine though lol.

Have a good weekend everyone x
