My food for the day.
Breakfast - porridge layer thing..
Lunch - only just got to this - ham and egg salad.
snacks..non.
I need to get my finger out.+2.5lb for me.
I totally lost the plot and have been completely off plan for the past fortnight. Had a wedding in Devon involving cream tea, alcohol and hog roast! Which then led on to a trip to the seaside the day after before the 5 hour drive home which led to fish, chips and ice cream! The because I had to rush to the shops after work on Monday with no time to plan meals ended up with ready meals so that week was just a write off. Could easily have got back on it this week but have been awful. Sat and ate a whole box of celebrations one night. So shameful! Then because I work at a school where the main intake are muslim and this week has been Eid, there has been tonnes of delicious food in the staffroom and brought to me by my kids!
Drawing a line although I know that the weekend will be tough and I'm out for an indian on Monday night. SATs results on Tuesday so may need to drown my sorrows then too!!
Ms Teach, it sounds like you had a fantastic time, don't regret it - celebrate the fun, then crack back on with it plan xLeast you know where you went wrong, but hope you enjoyed it?
Great minds and all thatTomorrow is my DS's big day ( & mine )
Hopefully then be able to get back to some sort of even keel after this!
Enjoy xxx100 -

I know it must be a worry, but relax and enjoy it (remember that they can go on forever..) I am sure that things will go really smoothly (if they don't head for the pub.... I find alcohol helps with most things except loosing weight) x
Enjoy and we need a photo of the dress (chop head off for confidentiality)100 -
