Can I have lashings of Mayo!

I was driving home from work, thinking (I do most of my thinking driving)...... I am not going to try to not have any bread or pastry or chocolate..... bread and pastry are my downfall....... any bets how long I last?

    :D:D:D:D

You could have 30 Tbs of mayo if you want as long as it's Lighter than Light as it's only 0.5 syns per Tbs:rotfl:. That's definitely lashings of mayo:D

I bet there is loads you are restricted now. When dad's kidney's fails, he had loads of things he could not eat... most surprising was tomato.

Thanks, it is like a new language.....I have not even started to get my head around sins and the other HEX and other bits.. but I am getting my head around the free food and am perfectly happy on this at the moment which is surprising as it is my eat every bit of chocolate in the house week!

Confession time... prior to turning 40 I went on a diet, and did well (only time I have actually really been on a proper diet).... I did really well and was quite fit....... but became a little blocked in the loo area I go off to superdrug to find suitable product... ooh chocolate flavoured medicine......I read instructions 'take one piece at bedtime... relief found in the morning'... driving home I start to think that it won't work for me as I would be driving again in the early morning..... decide to have take a piece of the medication on the way home so relief will occur during the night. It was flipping gorgeous.... full bar ate within seconds OMG that was a very very very long journey home that I drove extremely fast!!!

Gravy is 4 syns per 100ml if made with gravy granules and more if you use the meat juices. If you make it with cornflour and Oxo it's just the cornflour which needs synning so a bit lower.

It sounds like you could do with reading the book to try and get your head around the plan as you really need to have some syns for the plan to work. Believe it or not if you don't have your syns you'll probably not lose as much as you would if you had them. It's a good idea to have the full 15 everyday when you start as it gives you somewhere to cut back later if you plateau.

Pity there isn't a "funny" button, like there is on another forum I go on. My DD used to eat a whole bar of the chocolate laxative and it wasn't even enough to get her moving - and that ws when she was a child! Nothing worked for her.

Well done on SOTM for the 2nd month running.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but WW wraps aren't HEB anymore. They certainly aren't on the list on line which is where I checked. Apparently the best wraps to use are the BFree ones which are HEB.

Will be back later to post my menu plan once I've checked what we're having to eat today.

New week, and I want another good one, so trying to plan.

Also having earned my bronze body magic last night, I now need to build up from 45 mins of exercise a week to 90 mins.
It sounds an awful lot, but if I build it up over a few weeks then it isn't too bad.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - fruit and yogurt
    Lunch - cheese salad
    Dinner - Speedy frittata
Snacks - Strawberries, melon, cherries, grapes, popcorn, cereal bars

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
    Syns - salad cream (0.5), popcorn (2.5)

Body magic target - 6500 steps and 15 active minutes
    Zebras rock
