    morning all,

well as disappointing WI for me this morning with +0.5lb :(

Having sat and thought about it i think I know where I went wrong so I need to draw a line under it and do better this week.

Thanks you all for the suggestions for cooking for one - its been a long time since I have cooked for 1 so was feeling a little over whelmed by it!

    onwards and downwards I hope

    Well done Bubbson SOTW.

Been out shopping this morning and have now got some more fruit in.

    Today's a SP day:

    B - porridge pancakes; fruit
L - spicy beans on toast; the beans had loads of speed veg in it. Also had some salad leaves
D - butcher's burger; loads of onions; HEB roll; salad

Had a Tunock's caramel after lunch and didn't check syns until after! and discovered they are 6.5 each. Think DH will probably be eating the rest - unless I have some syns left over tomorrow night, LOL!

Bubbs. No such thing as a normal target.
    It is what suits you.
