Have had a busy, bitty weekend.I went to a not-very SW friendly barbecue/birthday party on Saturday night.Had a lovely time, but picking at this, that and the other,I would never be able to list everything I ate, much less work out the syns in it .
In the morning (Tuesday),I will start recording my menu on here again.I realllllllllllly need to go food shopping, though.

Sadly I stopped counting after the first month as it was too depressive.... we still had 2 adult children and a girlfriend at home, the eldest has just been home with his girlfriend - so 7 adults.... I am skint and fat (due to all the cakes they made!) x

Porridge made with water and raspberries for breakfast
aubergine and tomato bake for lunch (and probably tea!!)

Thanks for the chart Shala, and well done Bubbs on SOTW. That must be a record for most SOTW's in a challenge.

Not been a great challenge for me. No where near my target, but I weigh less than at the start so that's the main thing.

Well done on your loss Saver-Upper.

Yesterday was not a bad day for me. Ended up eating some sweets, but ended the day on 12 syns, so it was bad but controlled. Managed just over 6000 steps, but none active, but I already had enough active ones for this week.

Weigh in tonight, and hoping my good week shows on the scales.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
    Lunch - cheese salad
    Dinner - miso noodles
Snacks - Strawberries, cherries, melon, cereal bars and popcorn

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - cereal bars
    Syns - popcorn (2.5)

Body magic - Aiming for 6000 steps, and 10 active minutes, but the active minutes are unlikely today.

Good morning! Lovely rainy day here with no plans until 4pm (ankle physio ) so perfect conditions to get on with housey chores and decluttering.

Must do a meal plan for the week though and get some proper shopping in.

    B - Coffee
D - Boiled eggs with asparagus soldiers, and one slice WM toast with mushrooms
T - Going to cobble together a speedy veg curry involving sweet potatoes, aubergine and mushrooms.
    HEA - Milk
    HEB - WM bread
Syns - Sugar in coffee (4), ice lolly after the curry! (2), hot chocolate (2) = 8
    Weightloss: 14.5/65lb
