No im not:eek:
I want to do at least another 2 stone but wont be at a "normal" target weight:o
I know its embarrassing:o been like that in group too
You are motivating me girl....:D:D:D:D
Breakfast - porridge and water
Lunch - aubergine and tomato bake (ate it cold... it was okay) apple and banana
Tea - aubergine and tomato bake haddock and salad
I have been shopping:D:D:D:D and now have the layered porridge/yoghurt and fruit in the fridge.....I normally eat breakfast whilst driving (ham sandwich) ......I don't think that will be an option... without crashing/turning up to work covered in yoghurt!

Sunshine mummy, you can still have a ham sandwich, you just need to pick a bread of the healthy b list, or syn the bread.
I know I shouldn't be disappointed really. Wondering if I have maybe been too good. Only had 32 syns all week.Zebras rock0 -
