Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but WW wraps aren't HEB anymore. They certainly aren't on the list on line which is where I checked. Apparently the best wraps to use are the BFree ones which are HEB.

Hmmm.I have just re-checked on the SW website.Type "Weight watchers wrap" into the syns calculator, and it comes up as Weight Watchers White Wraps, Low Fat 6 pack (50g each)
5½ and
Weight Watchers White Wraps, Low Fat 6 pack (1 x 50g) HE 5½
But good to know there are other options as well, because not all supermarkets seem to sell the \ww wraps. And if anyone can tell me where to buy WW mini naaan breads,I would appreciate it,because I have not seen them in a Tesco,A couple of different ASDAs ,nor in a Sainsbury's branchSPC #36 :staradminx 8.SPC7=£751.10 SPC8=£651.04 SPC9=£843.00 SPC10=£872.76

Sorry for the misinformation but when I looked on the website under HEBs/bread the WW wraps didn't show. I thought the website was supposed to be the most up to date list available - apparently not!
Today is WI. Don't think I've lost anything may even have put on a bit but should still be in target range.
Today's plan:
B - fruit after WI
L - sausages & onions in WM mini pitta
D - HM chicken nuggets; chips & beans. Need to work out syns for breadcrumbs but should only be a couple.
HEA - milk
HEB - pitta
Syns - sausages 1; breadcrumbs 2?

Back from WI and pleased to say it was STS as expected; glad it wasn't the small gain my scales were saying!
Have to say the sausages & onions in pitta definitely hit the spot! Haven't had that for ages.
Looking at my plan for today have to say it's the nearest to a junk food day as I've ever been. Certainly not the amount of Speed food I'm normally eat but have plenty of fruit I can munch on if necessary.

Bit late with today's plan as was at orthodontist with my daughter this morning
Breakfast - egg and asparagus
Lunch - homemade pot noodle
Dinner - at mums for dinner, so know it will be healthy
Snacks - cereal bars
HA - Milk and cheese
HB - cereal bars
Syns - might be some in dinner
Body magic - due to very late appointment and almost out of car parking time I am already at 6200 steps and 46 active minutes, so hoping for 8000 steps by end of dayZebras rock0 -
