Wiz - wouldn't you better off synwise having the toast as your 2nd HEB and synning the burger. I would have thought the burger would be lower syns and in fact think they should actually be synned as usually contain more than just beef.

Well done Bubbs. Congratulations on being SOTM at your group.

That's great news about now being out of the diabetic range. My friend at group used to have to have daily injections but once at target range was completely off all meds for diabetes. Now been clear for more than 10 years.

That seems sensible. I'm sure if you didn't need to continue with the meds she's have said so. I suspect you'll need to carry on with them for a while before you can finally stop them completely.

Thanks guys. (I can't seem to get the quote button working to thank you personally!)

Yesterday and today have been good on plan days so a good start might hopefully fend off another disaster next week!

Hi Jo thanks for mentioning the burger. I make my burgers and there is no fillers it's just minced steak. I don't know the syns for burgers.
I felt it was just easier to syn the toast .:)

    Hi everyone,

I've not been posting menus, but I'm still trying to stick to plan.

1lb off for me this week

I'm feeling really fed up with everything at the moment & I've booked 2 weeks holiday from class. I am going away this weekend and then again for a week. Both trips are active so I'm hopeful for not too much damage.

Well done to everyone who is losing. :)
