If it's a small piece of chicken that could easily be a Green day wiz . Then you could have more milk or cheese.

Sounds like Scottish Slimmers is similar to SW BS. Thanks for explaining it. There's a rule of thumb that 1 syn is about 25 calories. We have our Healthy Extras which involve some calcium and fibre each day. The flexislim sounds remarkably like SP which is fruit, veg and protein without carbs. Interesting!

Pork roast was yummy and loads of veg leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.

tweets , does your mum know you do SW? Every week she seems to serve up synful things. :(

I also thought it sounded complicated :D

I remember when an old microwave blew up I told DS go throw in bin and next thing I heard all this noise and when I looked out he had thrown  it on path and it had smashed up :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

He didn't like it when I gave him brush and shovel to clean it up and put in bin like I told him

I have seen some WW ones in Argos with 25% off but cant get to town til Thursday . Would have been Wednesday but got to go mums :( Hope 25% still on or wont buy them they wont be :money: :D

tweets you should be able to click and collect them.If you are able to collect them on Thursday, order on Tue or Wed (just check, but I think they hold them for 48 hours). That way there is a better chance you catch the 25 % off.Or,if you choose "fast-track",they will hold it for 7 days for you.Sure to get the 20percent off then.

    Today's menu:

    Brunch: bacon,eggs,baked beans,tomatoes,onion,spinach

Snack: fruit salad: raspberries,2 doughnut peaches,a mandarin

Tea: sloppy joe mince (containing onion, red and green pepper, passatta, tomato puree as speed),served on spaghetti ,with sweet potato wedges, beetroot and plum tomatoes

Snack: rice cakes (3.5 syns) and 2 hifi bars (HEB)

Having skimmed milk in cups of tea

Looks a good menu for today Saver-Upper. Are you saving syns or trying to rein it in at the moment? Otherwise you should try to have a few more syns.

    My plan for today:

    B - 40g honey monster puffs; 100 ml 1% milk (2 syns)
L - jacket potato; baked beans; salad
D - corned beef hash (4 syns for corned beef)

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - monster puffs
    Syns - milk 2; corned beef 4

Lunch may be subject to change - may have omelette instead as otherwise too many beans in one day! But can only do that if I get out and buy some more eggs!

morning weigh day for me, hoping for a very small loss. COuld be nothing though or a small gain. Week was ok, not 100 % but def miles away from the last couple of weeks that I have had. Was out on friday and had a chinese out for lunch and wine. Had chicken in black pepper sauce and boiled rice so wasnt too bad. Internet playing up today driving me mad. Everyone in work seems in bad form too. Let you know how I get on later

    Good Morning :hello:

Thank you Saver-upper but I have changed my mind after getting links from folk I have decided they will be Salter scales and the ones I looking at don't have money off. But I will probably do what you suggest so I wont be waiting for them when I go :A

Weather a lot cooler today and windy I would rather have it like this then being a sweaty betty :(
