If it's the same as the Morrisons NuMe (rebranded??), then its 1/2 a syn per level tablespoon. That's the only one I can find on the syn list.
oosh that's fab - I love the strong taste of blue cheese dressing (though weirdly not a blue cheese fan) and you don't need much at all. I found this back end of last weekthis is the branding that's replaced NuMe from what I've seen.
My old consultant just posted this:
"7 weeks from today will be 18th July. how much do you want to lose by then? if you join today...
1lb a week = 1/2st
2lb a week = 1st
3lb a week = 1.5st
4lb a week = 2st "
2lb a week would put me back to just about where I was around the wedding last September I'd LOVE to be there by 18th july/just after then I'd like to lose another stone by our holiday at the end of September. More than doable just need to get my brain 9and rear) in gear!************************************

Morning all,
well I got back Saturday after a lovely week away, got straight back on the SW Wagon and am very pleased to say that WI this morning was only a gain of half a pound! +0.5lb.
I did keep u body magic while away and was semi sensible.
Back on track now and off to grab a cuppa and catch up on the thread.......walk 2018 miles in 2018 - 781 of 2018

Morning, hardly any wifi at the minute which is why I am so quiet.
0.5 lb on this week, bit miffed but no doubt its still the weeks of crazy eating catching up with me.
Hopefully do better this week. Well get a loss.
We ll done Beanie, chuffed for you!0 -
:T to saverupper and MSM. I know you'd like bigger losses but they all count and far better than a gain. That being said half a pound isn't bad after a break.
That sounds like a good scheme shiprob. I know in some areas you can get a referral to SW as well but I think it depends where you live. Hope you enjoy your exercise.:)
Good to see you posting lush. I wondered where you've got to. Great to have a target for your holiday. Where are you going?:)
Being half term, we've just confirmed a day out tomorrow with DD2 and DGD2. They want to go to Pizza Express and I just looked up some of the syn values!:eek::eek: Some of the pizzas are 60+ syns each and even things like chicken pasta and pesto is 38. I checked the current menu and they seem to have a Salad Nicoise so I'll go for that and ask for dressing on the side. I'm out again for lunch on Friday and I won't be so sensible then so I've decided that I'll go to WI on Thursday and just hope I'm still in target range.
Interesting to see you post that you're having a break from thinking what you can and can't eat shala. I don't really find that a problem except for eating out! I really think it's irresponsible of restaurants not to offer more healthy options. Checking the Pizza Express website even the salads are loaded with syns because of dressing and because they add dough sticks as fillers.
Tonight I'm trying a teriyaki chicken stir fry recipe from a magazine. It's free whereas my usual stir fry recipe has syns in honey. I'm also drinking more water. I've managed 750 mls while catching up on the thread.:D
Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: cold pork, fried veg and pickled cabbageteriyaki chicken stir fry with noodles
Syns: none planned0 -

thanks maman - I'm still not quite back to my usual self/in the groove but I want to try and I think this thread does help keep me on track
we are going to Centreparcs at Longleat. Never been before so not 100% sure on what to expect but I am looking forward to it and after how I felt in my swimwear at Butlins I'd love to lose at least a stone before we go!
I've sorted signing up to the gym - not the best month to do it as my car tax was due (only £30 but still more than a month at the gym!) but I know if I don't start to make an effort it will never get done so first gym session planned for next Monday
I have been thinking of speaking to the GP but not sure if I can ask outright for a scheme referral? A colleague just got one 12 weeks worth of group and she could choose sw or weight watchers. she chose weight watchers but only because there were no sw groups she could make at home or near work (she doesn't drive etc)
just had one of these for a snack: https://groceries.morrisons.com/webshop/product/Morrisons-Milk-Chocolate-Rice-Slices/289552011 from calories I think they are 2.5/3 syns and definitely worth it to me!************************************

Sounds lovely lush. My DDs have been to Longleat Centre Parcs and enjoyed it. A friend I was talking to last week said their spa days are amazing so maybe you could have a treatment while you're there:D. Longleat itself (stately home, lions etc) is good too.
I'd definitely ask for a referral if I were you.
ETA: Just finished 1.5l of water.0 -
thanks maman - it looks amazing and whilst not totally accessible we have booked an accessible cabin (we usually don't bother) and the land train has an accessible carriage/you can call guest services and they will provide transport which sounds good if it works! we are going mon-fri so will go to longleat safari park/house on the Monday before we check in as you can't access your cabin until gone 3pm then we have a few activites booked for little one and two nice meals (rest will be self catering) as its our wedding anniversary on the Monday!
I think I will call for an appointment tomorrow - I think I may need a medication review so can check on that at the same time
ooh you're ahead of me on water I'm at shy of a litre for today so far!************************************

Well done to Beanie for SOTW:j
My menu for today is :
B: Cup of tea (milk from HEA allowance)
Snack: Hifi Bar (1/2 HEB)
L: Soup (2.5) Melon, Nectarine, Raspberries FF Yog.LO Veg from yesterday (green beans broccoli mushy peas), Parsnip & potato mash (yog instead of butter) and chicken.
I've really tried to be good over the Bank Hol. Very little alcohol, lots of salad and lots of water. I've even swapped my black coffee for water today !
I'd love a 2lb loss this week10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -
So here goes with the menu for yesterday...
Breakfast - cereal (weighed & counted as my HEB) with a muller light yogurt
lunch - I work with hubby and as we weren't going away & the weather was rubbish, we went into the office to play catch up so just had a mug shot for 2 syns - don't normally have this though
Dinner - Hubby made a chicken/rice/curry concoction which was relatively SW friendly
Didn't really use all my milk allowance which I have as my HEA (not a great fan of cheese) as I'm trying to up my water intake (managed to do about 2.5 litres)
In addition I snacked on a load of satsumas, which I've always done since I started SW.
I do tend to eat the same things for lunch & breakfast...I know I need to up my speed at breakfast & dinner though.
Well done Beanie for SOTW!0 -
The weather was horrible here yesterday so ended up with chicken chips and vegetables.
I really wanted gravy but had used my syns on starburst and crisps so I decided to tweak the onion gravy a bit.
Made up a chicken oxo with 200ml water and added one level teaspoon of chicken oxo (1syn)
Made the onion gravy as usual in the microwave with that and added a little smash to thicken.
Much nicer and more like the real thing for only one syn and it covered a full chicken breast, a good handful of chips, carrots, sugarsnap peas and broccoli
Today!
B - Bacon egg and tomato sandwich on HEXB bread
D - Seafood selection and salad (2 syns for light honey and mustard dressing)
T - South indian garlic and chilli chicken, potato and spinach curry (phew!) and rice.
Half a mini garlic and coriander naan for 5 syns and maybe a hot chocolate later.0
