Saver-upper I had a look in my book that I bought last year & it isn't in there either so I'd take it as 1.5 syns & run lol
Yesterday was a normal work day for me so
Breakfast was the usual cereal & yougart but in an attempt to up my speed I added blueberries which wasn't as bad as I though it would be so am going to try that again today & tomorrow
Lunch was what I normal have - cooked chicken warmed up with a large portion of mixed vegetables. I've found it cheaper to buy a bag rather than the individual portions you can buy so that's kept in the freezer in work.
Dinner was tortillas with a side serving of salad.
Snacks were satsuma so think I'm single handedly keeping the satsuma industry alive!!
In addition I walked the dog back home after his walk rather than cadging a lift with hubby.0 -
Morning,
Hopefully get an on track day done today and 10,000 steps. Just going to take each day at the time at the minute.0 -
Well done to all the losers, and hugs for all the sts's and gains.
Had a long weekend away, and things didn't quite go to plan.
Daughter broke her arm on a school trip about an hour before we were due to set off for the weekend, so we started with a detour via minor injuries once we had collected her from school, but she still wanted to go away, so we just arrived later than planned.
Unfortunately all the car had already been already packed up, and Friday was really hot, so all the food had got hot, and the ice packs melted, so I didn't trust the fridge stuff. We therefore ate out more than planned, and we also didn't do as much as planned.
We did however still have a really good weekend, and the day at go ape and day at Flamingoland have been postponed till later in the summer.
As a result of the change of plans, last night I had a 2lb gain. Disappointed but deserved.
Determined to have a good week this week, as I want my 3 stone certificate next week (need to lose 3lb).
Today's plan:
Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
Lunch - cheese salad
Dinner - speedy chilli
Snacks - strawberries, cereal bars and skips
HA - milk and cheese
HB - cereal bars
Syns - Skips (3.5)Zebras rock0 -
I was good for the rest of yesterday - just a quorn sausage as a snack and chicken salad for tea. We went out to see the Baywatch movie so that kept me away from food

Snack: Hifi Bar (1/2 HEB)
L: Cous cous & Salad (HM) Melon, Nectarine, Raspberries FF Yog.Salmon, Parsnip & potato mash (yog instead of butter) and veg.
No syns planned but the day is yet young
Still swapping my black coffee for water today - I managed a litre yesterday.10lb to lose & keep off in 20204.5lb/10lb:rotfl:0 -

Hi there,
Does anyone know what the syns are now for the Asda Slimzone meals?
I didn't try them before they were withdrawn, but now they're back on the shelves and I can't find them on the app or even asking on Facebook gets no response as I think my post gets removed.
Can anyone help please?
Thanks in advance.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

They removed them from the app when there was all that issue over them, as they said they couldn't syn them accurately due to Asda not cooperating with SW. Not heard anything about them since I'm afraidZebras rock0 -

We'll have to motivate each other - I'm 2.5lbs away from my 3 stone award!Abbafan1972 wrote: »Hi there,

I wasn't surprised to see these back on the shelves minus the SW comment!
The only way I can think of you getting the syns value is by putting the calorie content etc into the calculator....I'm not sure if SW would bother working it out even if you asked them lol!0 -
afternoon all, bit of extra walking today on a site visit for our next big event in two weeks.
food wise:
hea: 250ml semi skimmed
heb: 2 Weetabix
breakfast: heb, milk from hea and a banana
lunch: chicken salad - chicken, lettuce, red pepper, cucumber, tomato, 2.5 syns coleslaw, 1 syn blue cheese dressing
snack: rice slice thing like yesterday - 2.5, sliced apple, chopped strawberries and grapes
tea will be something like a microwave jacket with beans and salad (others having chicken/fish nuggets and chips)
drinks: cup of tea (milk from hea), NAS vimto (loving this at work nearly finished a bottle already!)
tomorrow is slightly more awkward as I have a work event first thing. we don't do Danish pastries any more so much less temptation there! will take my breakfast in a box and eat before the event starts. lunch will be more salad and if the weather stays nice tea will be salad too!
hubs has another tennis weekend this weekend so its definitely Saturday in a sports hall (will make sandwiches on heb roll for me, wraps for them, and will take a punnet of strawberries and some apples for me and littlie to munch for breakfast - plus some cereal and long life milk for her) tea on the Saturday will be the event meal which is lasagne (will share with littlie) and for sunday I will take sandwiches again but may try freezing them tomorrow night so they defrost in the cool bag and see how we get on. we may need to travel down on the Friday but likely eat at home first************************************
