currently drinking a NAS ice tea from Snapple - its 4kcal for the carton (330ml) I'm guessing it's free as its zero sugar?

I will weigh in tomorrow morning but have a nosey today and it was half decent :)

The only couscous I can see is a low fat one for 1.5 per 100g packet. The ice tea's free.

Good luck for tomorrow. Fingers crossed.:)

thanks maman - the ice tea is lush and so refreshing and only 25p a carton at the moment in our new home bargains :money:

I can tell I'm so much closer to eating properly ("on plan" but I hate that phrase as nothing is "off plan"!) as I am sleeping so much better and I'm less bloated/uncomfortable and generally got slightly better wellbeing. managed to get a doctors appointment to ask re a weight referral and have a medication review...in just over a weeks time!

I will call it 1 syn for the cous cous which puts me at 7.5 currently. will have some more with tea taking me to 8 then may have a 2 syn hot choc and a babybel light 2syns but I've only used half my hea milk so may call it split)

Good to hear you sounding so much brighter lush . You're right that nothing's off limits but, to me, 'on plan ' means having the right proportions /quantities of each food especially syns.:D

I'm feeling like eating today and I just made myself a couple of wraps using Romaine lettuce (also Home Bargains) with chicken and beetroot Maybe not as filling as real wraps but very nice all the same especially as I'm not really hungry.

Tonight's savoury mince is the last of the HM ready meals in the freezer so I'm going to prep Bolognese for the SC while I'm doing the veg for dinner.

Lush - you're definitely sounding much more positive than previously. I know what you mean about being "on plan" but like Maman to me that's when I have days without going over syns so I can have extra on the other days!

Went to WI this morning and was extremely surprised, and happy, to have lost 1lb! - no idea how but said I'd take it and run, LOL!

    Today's plan:

    B - fruit - after WI
L - pizza topped toast (HEA/HEB; tomato, onion, peppers, mushrooms, cheese)
D - roast pork, roast potatoes, red cabbage, green beans, splash gravy

    HEA - 30g cheese
    HEB - bread

    Syns - milk 3; wine:D ?

1lb off for me this week.

I should be pleased but I'm kinda disappointed it wasn't more considering I've tried quite hard. With last weeks gain its half a pound in 2 weeks. :(

Hitting the wine and crisps tonight then back to it tomorrow.
