Enjoy your wine and crisps Ruthy .

Enjoyed my dinner. Last minute I did red cabbage from the freezer too. It's lush, so pleased I made it.

I really need to venture out more with my fruit choices! I used to eat nectarines oads but tend to stick mainly to pears, plums, raspberries and melon at the moment. I might get some peaches next week when I go shopping.

    Had a good day today.
Brunch (as I had a hairdressers appointment at lunchtime) 2 SW sausages, 2 fried eggs and 4 large mushrooms.
Dinner: Beef ragu and spaghetti with side salad topped with 30g pecorino for HeA.
Supper: pear, 2 x mint hifi bars (HeB) and a milky way cake bar for 6 syns.

Had a diet coke at the hairdressers instead of my usual cappucino and she brought over a blue ribbon wafer, which I would normally have eaten out of politeness, but I just left it sitting there! Will power was strong today!

We're off for a weekend away in London tomorrow, hubby wanted us to get breakfast on the way to the train station but I've told him I'm eating breakfast before I leave so I'll just have a coffee if he wants to eat out. I know he'll end up at McDonalds and I will need to tough out the urge to have a sausage and egg mcmuffin as I love them! I just wish I found unhealthy food less appealing! At least this way, I will have clawed back one meal out of the 3 days!
