Still weighing up (excuse pun:o) when to go for WI. Couldn't go today as I lent my car to DD. I'm thinking I could fit in a quick weigh and go tomorrow morning before I go out to lunch. It's either that or wait (more puns?;)) another week and hope any effects of Friday's lunch can be reined back. This is all about me wanting to leave maximum time to get back to 'normal' after a 3 week holiday. Sorry to bore you all, thinking aloud really.:)

Hope anyone who is going to WI today does well.:)

    Today's menu:
B: NAS grapefruit, fried egg, baked beans, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: JP with cottage cheese and beetroot
D: savoury mince with new potatoes, carrots, cauli, broccoli and cabbage
    Syns: none planned

I'll be doing my menu plan later although not likely to shop until Saturday.

Then sorted new scales out very pretty looking if I may say so not plain like my old ones :D

Here we go tap scales wait til ready stand on them and  weigh 1lb more than my scales on Sunday get off try again lost the 1lb :j try again  2lb on :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Get my scales out and :j weigh less than new scales and WI on Sunday :o Stood on them 3 times and weighed the same all 3 times :)

So looks like new scales will be going back wont be taking them til week on Monday when I am back in work not wasting bus fare . So will test both on Sunday at 3pm ish when its WI day time.

Nearly forgot to say the new scales glass is all smeared and very unclean yuk not cleaning them will keep my socks on when WI . So I am wondering if they already been taken back :(
