Aloha lovelies!
1 off please Shala. Wine syns must have been doing more damage than I thought. Worth considering once the wee one is here. Once I've drunk my own body weight in prosecco of course
An odd day today.
B - Mashed potatoes and vegetables and beans. Don't ask. All free though.
D - Tinned ravioli (3), hexa cheese and hexb toast
T - Tikka turkey burgers, chips and salad
Snacking on strawberries, lots of work to do this afternoon.
I've some alcohol free rose or Becks blue in case I fancy a 'drink' later watching the football.0 -
Maman.....are you sure blueberries aren't speed as that's the only change I've made to my food this week and today I lost (drumroll please) 2.5lbs & hitting my 3 stone award!!!
Usual cl wasn't there today so didn't have chance to speak to her about texts etc.
Had my usual breakfast of yogurt & cereal ....not sure what's on the menu tonight....OH & son are off the cinema tonight (I was asked but didn't want to see the film) and coming back late so I'll have something whilst they're out...probably a chilli from the freezer.
Thanks everyone for your continued support

Hi all, beautiful day here today
just having a break from sanding/painting the garden furniture and eating the lemon greek mullerlight stuff _drool_ it's so nice!
I've had a really rubbish week at work (16 hours overtime ) but I've managed to keep eating healthily even if it's not following SW strictly so i'm hopefully for a sts or loss by the time I get back to class on Thursday. (i'd put on a lot in the last few weeks)
Well done to all you losers :T:T congratulations on your 3 stone Gettingthere:j:j
Glad you've found a good consultant Lantanna, it really makes a massive difference.
Abbafan, i'm sure there was a statement from SW about the Asda slimzone meals saying they weren't going to put them back on the app must be because they've fell out :rotfl:
Were they the weightwatchers scales Tweets? I had some of them and they weighed differently everytime
Right back out to carry on painting furniture.. have a good day xxMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Bubbs - yes men get more syns than us - 25 a day!!! Seems a bit unfair really, especially as they seem to lose much more.
Gettingtheresometime - Maman was definitely right about blueberries not being Speed. They are still Free so no problem if you want to carry on eating them - you just need to aware that some fruits (the ones you can eat easily mainly like grapes, bananas, pineapple which is easily eaten once chopped!).
There's a list of Speed foods in the first post - worth having a look to check in future if you haven't got access to the SW website to check.

L: chicken, fried veg (just 2 tiny potatoes), pickled cabbageLidl pulled beef, patatas bravas, mushrooms. mixed veg (babycorn, mange tout, broad beans)

Well done, bubbs (twice), wiz, lush (star), esmy, AlwaysHappy, Midge, gts and ruthy.
I bought doughnut peaches again and again I don’t think much of them. Every time I’ve had them, they’ve been hard and dry. I’ve left them in the bowl hoping they improve; really disappointed as everyone else seems to love them. This time they were the 49p Tesco deal, so even more diaspppointed, tweets.
“a uniform I have for a hobby” , esmy?
