I like donut peaches but you have to just get them at the right time if that makes sense Greentiger. One minute too hard & then past their best.

I bought doughnut peaches again and again I don’t think much of them. Every time I’ve had them, they’ve been hard and dry. I’ve left them in the bowl hoping they improve; really disappointed as everyone else seems to love them. This time they were the 49p Tesco deal, so even more diaspppointed, tweets.

Thankyou, i have bought packets of them and enjoyed them all:rotfl:

Do people think this looks good for a man? he has a manual job and needs to save some syns for our sat tea
    Monday
    HEXA milk
    HEXB 2 wholemeal rolls (6syns)

    Lunch
2 filled wholemeal rolls with lettuce/cucumber/ham
    muller light yog
    satsuma x 2
    crisps (6 1/2 syns)
    scotch egg(homemade)
    1 alpen light (3 syns)
    water

    Tea
SW chips and rice chicken curry with onions and mushrooms
    Chopped fruit muller yog
    total syns 15 1/2

I'd say Why no breakfast? If there's no time at home it does seem strange to go to a manual job and not eat until lunchtime.

I'd suggest breakfast muffins or crustless quiche.

If I needed a pack up at lunchtime when I was getting to target I'd have a tub of pasta salad alongside a sandwich. My favourite was roasted veg stirred into pasta and a bit of tomato puree if it wasn't wet enough.

I've saved syns for weekends from day 1 so to make sure he has plenty for Saturdays I wouldn't just use them through the week just because I could.

    HTH :)

That's useful to know. I think l would still suggest the muffins or quiche in the pack up so he can eat them in his tea break or at lunchtime. Better to have too much and they add extra protein and Speed.

Haha I could come up with all sorts in answer to this...mostly unprintable but the truth is fortunately far more mainstream! this is it:

    Suggestions please!

I am working in a polling station next week and need to take all my food and drink with me to last from 6.30am to around 10.30pm. I'm in a new to me polling station so I don't know what facilities there are (eg kettle, microwave). When I have done it before I haven't been doing SW so relied on sandwiches etc. I may also be eating at odd times depending on how busy it is

Breakfast will be easy enough - I'll do some overnight oats to take with me - and I'll take a flask and plenty of water but I can't think of what to take for lunch and tea. Any ideas?
