I always make quiche, might make muffins tomorrow instead. Thanks for your help x

They're much the same, just that muffins might be easier to handle in a pack up. And it gives another suggestion to add variety day on day.
Hope I'm not coming across too bossy. :o

    Suggestions please!

I am working in a polling station next week and need to take all my food and drink with me to last from 6.30am to around 10.30pm. I'm in a new to me polling station so I don't know what facilities there are (eg kettle, microwave). When I have done it before I haven't been doing SW so relied on sandwiches etc. I may also be eating at odd times depending on how busy it is

Breakfast will be easy enough - I'll do some overnight oats to take with me - and I'll take a flask and plenty of water but I can't think of what to take for lunch and tea. Any ideas?

Hopefully the weather will be good so you won't need hot food. Why not use some of the ideas for bubbs OH? If you had fruit and yogurt for your breakfast then you could keep your HEB for a roll /sandwich and then have a salad or pasta salad or rice salad. I'd make sure you had carbs somewhere to fill you up. So cold new potatoes or sausages or cold chicken or something similar to pick on and plenty of water too. A cool box would be a good idea.

I know you don't mind cooking but cold sausages (I like Sainsbury's BGTY Cumberland for 1 syn or LM red onion free) and hard boiled eggs are just as filling. :)

Wi with gain 1.5lb, well I knew it would catch up eventually! Doesn't help I have tummy issues again :(. Upside I'm wearing my (not) size 10 cropped jeans with my (not) size 8 top :rotfl:

For those that don't know Tesco cropped jeans from last year say 10 but I'm not a 10 (12) and the Sainsbury top is stretchy and a 12 was too big (so was 10) so 8 it is :rotfl:

Back to work next week so back on track (hopefully)!

Hope everyone has a good weekend! :A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
