    I have shared this thread on the diabetic forum where we was talking about SW, so would like to welcome Hazel when she gets here, she has lost alot of weight:T:T:T

    Recommended as a great SW site - my name is Hazel, on the Red plan.

    Lost 5 and half stone to date - still a zillion to go, but getting there

    T2 insulin dependant diabetic and I live in Central Scotland.

    Looking forward to reading lots of new recipies and support

    Anyone else on Red?

    Good to meet you hazel . We don't have anyone who's permanently doing Red days but a number of people remember the old plans and do occasional Green or Red days. IIRC we have a number of diabetics too so you're in good company.

    There's loads of support and recipes in one of the early posts on the thread.

    I decided to do swede & carrot mash as an extra side for dinner so there's one dish for tonight and one for the freezer. Lentil soup is bubbling away in the SC and I was very mse :money: and chopped up the broccoli stalks to go in with it. I'm sure I'll have to taste test it before I go to bed. :D

    Maman - I was going to go away for 4 months last year and my consultant was OK about it and said as a target member it doesn't matter how long between WI. It's just losing the use of the SW website after about 6 weeks.

    I can't remember whether I was in target range when I went but was definitely out when I got back!
