Evening all. Have been to weigh in today and lost 1.5lbs... I was slightly disappointed as that is over 2 weeks, I was away last week and stuck to the plan like glue, and i think i wanted extra loss due to the sacrifices made. Ah well, a loss is a loss for which i am really happy, its going in the right direction.....I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

Not sure next week will be quite so good as we are in York for the weekend. Wine, gin and Chinese buffet syns have already been consumed but never mind, you only live once. 🙄😜

Breakfast..porridge A/B mixed berries.
Lunch.. bacon, egg,beans, and tomatoes.
Dinner.. rump steak mixed veg, jersey royals .. clementine x 2
Extra. F f yoghurt. Kit Kat 2 fingers. 5 syns

I do understand that if we've been really good we want a big number but sadly it doesn't always happen. I'm a firm believer that it comes right in the end. So if you've been 'good' it'll show up but maybe not that week. When you know you've gone over on syns or not had your third of Speed that will catch up too.0 -
Today's menu:
Breakfast: bacon,eggs,tomatoes,baked beans,onion
No lunch
Snack: doughnut peach
Tea: roast chicken,potato,peas,butternut squash,swede,carrot,gravy (?3 syns).
SNack: peach and passionfruit yoghurt (free).
I think I did well today.Having been working so hard this week,and again this morning,I took the kids out to try indoor rock-climbing this afternoon.Afterwards we went to Costa.Despite the fact there was a couple of generous serving of free samples sitting on the side to help yourself,I resisted :j.They literally had a tray of cherry bakewells and lemon tarts,about 9,10 cm diameter,each cut in half,with a note saying "help yourself".How I resisted the lemon tarts,I do not know :A.
Have been having milk allowance in cups of tea.Later will have 2 hifi bars and rice cakes (3.5 syns) with cups of tea.

Decided to only have one G&T last night (DH thinks I must be ill, LOL!) and swapped it for a very small bag of sweet & salted popcorn for the same number of syns.
Today's plan:
B - welsh rarebit (HEA/HEB)
L - Jkt potato; tuna mayo; salad; pickles
D -HB braised steak & onions, mash & green veg
HEA - 30g cheese
HEB - bread
Syns - milk in tea - not sure how many syns, depends how many cuppas I have, LOL; wine ?

Oh dear 2 1/2 lb gain I have had a bad week and am kicking myself I had 3 meals out and could have chosen healthy options. And yesterday was in London and went to Nandos and had pitta bread and chips.
Ok I am still nearly 2 stone lighter and want another 8 lbs at least by the end of July. The messing about stops now, I can and will do this.Thanks to MSE savings we got to go to Disneyworld Florida.

Change of plan for lunch! Forgot I have some cooked potatoes in the fridge which need using up so lunch will now be a spanish omelette - potatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, peas. Will make a change from salad. Also saves a syn on the mayo!
Jacket potato can now move to tomorrow lunch!

I have had a week off, half term, days out etc. That's my excuse, back to it.
