If it's a small piece of chicken that could easily be a Green day wiz . Then you could have more milk or cheese.

Sounds like Scottish Slimmers is similar to SW BS. Thanks for explaining it. There's a rule of thumb that 1 syn is about 25 calories. We have our Healthy Extras which involve some calcium and fibre each day. The flexislim sounds remarkably like SP which is fruit, veg and protein without carbs. Interesting!

Pork roast was yummy and loads of veg leftovers for tomorrow's lunch.

tweets , does your mum know you do SW? Every week she seems to serve up synful things. :(

Wiz has ham as well as the chicken plus the porridge so not sure it's green. :o
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning all, hope everyone's enjoying a Bank Holiday lie-in.

It's been a really busy weekend here so I'm completely behind with the chat and unlikely to get time for a catch up today so I'll just congratulate anyone who has lost weight and send hugs to those who need them.

I'm in the latter group after sticking 100% to plan and exceeding the goal for activity I was expecting good news when I weighed in on Friday morning, instead I was greeted with a gain of 2lbs. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement and I'm afraid the weekend has been a write off as far as losing weight is concerned, but I'm back on it today.

    Have a great day.

Oops! I'd missed the ham. Thanks for being so vigilant tie.:)

That's really depressing for you lois. I have heard that doing exercise can sometimes cause a gain. The full science behind it is on Google but water retention is part of it. Good for you getting back on plan today.:A

Reading your menu, I fancy corned beef hash myself denise. But I've taken the fish out to defrost so I'll make it another day.

The braised red cabbage was ready in time for last night's dinner. It's yummy and goes really well with pork. All the rest is portioned for the freezer.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: cold meat, fried veg and pickles
D: baked cod, herby mash, tomatoes, mushrooms and asparagus
    Syns: squirt of syrup (2?)

Haven't been out for eggs but have decided on prawns in marie rose sauce instead of beans for topping! Think I'll enjoy that more anyway.

DGS is going home tomorrow so only the 2 of us to cook for from tomorrow night.

Early WI suggests an STS and I don't know how. I literally have a bump, at 6 weeks gone :(

B - Scrambled eggs, mushrooms. tomatoes, chips and beans.

D - Ravioli on hexb toast (3) and apples and strawberries

T - Chicken, chips and salad

Three starburst at around a syn each (I think?)

Plenty for snack a jacks or space raiders later if I fancy.

Drinking loads, really need to cut down on the diet fizz though.

Thanks for keeping your eyes on me, I just wouldn't get through my days without giving up but for all your help.

How many of you have swollen stomachs ? I look like I am 9 months pregnant and that is impossible at my age. If it's bloating then I think it would go down at some point , but it doesn't. I have been like this since I had my op. In 2009. Perhaps it will never go. It's a bit depressing.

Moan over, now for my Tuesday's menu plan..

Breakfast.. Special K A/B strawberries, blueberries.

Lunch.. Mushroom soup . A Cheese sandwich 6 syns clementine.

Dinner. Gammon steak B garden peas, beetroot. Banana..

    Extra. F f yoghurt. 2 crispbread / butter 5 syns.
    11 syns.

Evening all, hope everyone's had a lovely bank holiday. It's really thrown me, only just realised the chart is due for the week :rotfl:

Some brilliant losses this week, you're all doing so well :T:T

Welcome to the thread UnluckyT  and BarleySugar

I missed class last week (work) and booked this week off (Work again) so i'm staying off SW for a short while and just going to eat healthily and get a bit more exercise. Just really fed up of trying to think what I can and can't eat all the time. Most days will probably still be within the SW rules without even thinking about it so lets how that goes.

    Right chart time..

SOTW* is.... :T:j:TBEANIE:T:j:T with a loss of 3.5lbs!!

    Congratulations!

    :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

*SOTW is the person who has lost the most weight this week, but also had a loss or sts last week.
