    No weigh in for me this week, haven't had a chance as I've worked a full week. There is a satu morning class but not sure I can be bothered.

    You will have too pay for missed group though wont you? or you at target?

    Good effort, beanie (well, brilliant actually!), rj and UnluckyT.

    Another not-stuck-to-plan day.

    Breakfast: Skyr ff strawberry yogurt with strawberries and banana
    Snack: empire biscuit (again, doh!)
    Lunch: hexb roll, with xl mayo (1), ham, hexa cheese, tomato
    Snack: mini Lidl choc ice type thing
    Dinner: bacon, egg, 2 LMcC ro ro sausages, mushrooms
    Snack: 2 gingernuts (4)

    Hasn’t it been another beautiful day!

    Breakfast: hexb porridge
    Snack: metcalfs skinny popcorn (5)
    Lunch: baked potato, prawn mayo (1), mixed salad
    Snack: might have involved an empire biscuit :o
    Dinner: tomato & basil chicken, SW chips & mixed salad, Lidl mini magnum type thing (well, it was very hot)
    Snack: hexa cheese & grapes
    Total: too many to count :mad:

    Thank you I enjoyed the match but held my :j til final whistle :T

    I watched the game tweets . Not the most exciting but you won so I suppose that's what matters. :)

    What's about Empire biscuits greentiger ? Are they worth the syns? I don't really do biscuits except for the occasional Alpen or similar on accidental Green days.

    I bought 3 tubs of cottage cheese today. Determined to have enough to make a quiche. :)

    I buy the other flavour lemon herb and thyme but do like those.

    Someone on here did post they had the sun-ripened tomato ones.

    How long is the offer on please bubbs ?

    Glad I got told it was on tv . I had to retune both my tv and recording box to find channel I didn't have BT Showcase ? when I looked

    Hoping next season we win more matches :D
