+ 1/2 lb for me this week.

Really fed up as I've been good food- wise. But I've not done my usual level of activity due to a bad chest so I suppose its that.

Had 2 glasses of wine last night to commiserate :(

I'd take a leaf from beanie's book and keep plodding. If you've been good then you'll lose but it can be later rather than sooner. It can happen like that. :)

Another amazing loss Beanie, well done.

    Today's plan:

    B - porridge; strawberries, grapes & pineapple
L - LO veg lasagne (nice flavour from the veg but won't be making again using the SW recipe as the yoghurty pesto split so didn't look nice. Recipe actually made 8 portions not 4!
D - fish pie; not sure what veg if any; fruit & quark

    HEA - milk
    HEB - porridge
Syns - milk for sauce (part HEA + 2 - using a sauce mix). wine? - not sure yet as it's so warm and mainly red wine in cupboard and not going out to anything else!

So no visitors yet denise . You can stick to your plans.

Ham hash was delicious. I went a bit easier on the cumin as sometimes it can be overpowering.

Snacked on the 2 extra sausages this evening. I'm much more a savoury person.

I'm feeling quite slim at the moment but trying to put off WI to give me maximum time after my holiday.

Thankyou, yes i bloomin well hope so:D

Evening all, hope you're enjoying the lovely weather. Well done all the losers especially Beanie that's a fantastic loss. Commiserations to the gainers - I have a sneaky feeling that I'll be joining that bench next week as I'm off on a hen weekend tomorrow and I can't see SW featuring much :o and we all know that it doesn't take long for the scales to creep upwards...

    STS please Shala

No weigh in for me this week, haven't had a chance as I've worked a full week. There is a satu morning class but not sure I can be bothered.
