    Well, this isn't going well!

I don't think the SW scales would work unless you'd registered first by going to the pay desk abbafan. Hopefully you won't get a gain tonight but if it happens I'm sure it'll be because a change of WI time. Good news is you have 8 days to lose any gain!

Good to see you lush. I was wondering where you'd got to. Glad to have you back.:)

    Anyone ever done SW pregnant?

All I want at the moment are pies, sausage rolls and Freddo faces :o

Decided that as this is my first week of knowing, I should probably give myself a pass to get used to it, but going forward, I really need to put the brakes on.

    All tips welcomed!

Won't be putting my meals up this week as you'll only ban me ;)

Oh no we won't!! I'm sure you'll get back to healthy eating very soon. I know pies and pasties are delicious but too many won't be good for you. I'm sure babies like Speed veg best!:D

Thanks for the tip about the fish batter. The underneath is often a bit soggier too so I'd pass that up willingly.

What a great idea feeding your DGS on SW meals denise. My DGD has put quite a bit of weight on (since starting at university). I'd love to try it with her. That was good of your DH to volunteer you as chauffeur (or should that be chauffeuse?).

I've had to rejig meals a bit today. We were going to have sausage and mash this evening but as I have to go out later it could have made our dinner really late. So I cooked the sausages with my lunch, ate 2 and I'm sure I'll snack on the other 2 later. Dinner is all prepped and just needs to go in the oven while I do some side veg. Yesterday's chicken tray
bake was gorgeous. As well as the usual Mediterranean veg I added leek and cauli and loads of paprika and some chilli flakes. The cauli took the paprika really well.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: 2 BGTY sausages, spicy LO veg, fried egg
D: Austrian ham hash (carrot, onion, celery, leek, mushroom, tomato, courgette) with cauli, broccoli and cabbage.
Syns: 4 for sausages, squirt of syrup (2?)

planning ahead for tomorrow; I'm being taken to Costa at lunch by a contact to discuss something (he's kept it all hush hush but adamant he needs me something to do with rugby...) I will have a cold drink and some fruit 9 I trust they do a fruit salad-y type thing). I will bring a small chicken salad in with me too which I can eat on my return to the office ;)
breakfast: strawberries and quark; going to try making the pinch of nom heb waffles (40g oats, 1/2 eggs, yogurt/quark and some sweetener)
tea will likely be another salad if it remains hot! we are off to the caravan this weekend so I will get heb bread in and some bacon for breakfasts. will take some cooked pasta/potatoes and beans to do jackets/and lots of salad for lunches and teas. determined to stick to plan if only to show myself I can!

weighed in last night, 1 pound off.
term time i volunteer at a riding school for the disabled on a thursday, leading a horse and rider round the sand school for roughly an hour and half. great not only for the body magic, but the interaction all round.
today their was no lesson, so made up the excercise in getting the lawn mower out this morning and cutting my good 2 foot high in the places grass in the garden.
