    Today's menu:

    Breakfast: eggs and plum tomatoes,followed by a peach

    Snack/late lunch: about 1/2 a packet of cherry tomatoes

    Snack:Solero ice cream (5 syns).
    I had taken my 2 youngest to the local store to buy an end-of-week treat.Since starting SW,I haven't been buying myself a snack,but today has been soooooooooo hot,I thought I would treat myself to an Oreo ice cream.
    I had it in my hand,was standing in the queue to pay,then I thought more about the syns (10),and put it back.Instead I got a Solero,which I have probably only ever eaten about 2 of in my life,but I remembered as being quite good for the syns.As I was eating it,I thought "Oh bother/darn it-it's got ice cream in it-I have bought the wrong one.This is going to be full of syns,might as well have got the Oreo,mumble grumble grumble mumble"
    CHecking tonight,and it was actually only 5 syns,so am very pleased with that.I think that is a pretty generous/nice tasting ice cream for 5 syns :j
    SNack: leftover pumpkin pieces

    Tea: pasta with tomato and chilli pasta sauce (about 2.5 for my share),cheese (2.5 syns),creme fraiche (2 syns)
    Followed by strawberries

    Have been having skimmed milk in cups of tea (HEA),and will have Hifi bars (HEB) and rice cakes (3.5 syns) later

    Brisk walking for just under and hour.

  • Back after my time away and managed to lose 1/2lb which I'll take & run.

    I need a little advice as I've come back from class vowing never to go again but I need others perspective.

    When I first started, I was getting 'motivational' texts from the class leader (cl) but they suddenly stopped. Didn't think much about it but following a post from a different member on Facebook I contacted the cl, who apologised saying she'd had a digit wrong. However I've still had no texts from her.

    What has really rankled is that when she goes around the class she generally forgets me and I've increasingly got the impression I'm an after thought....however today she didn't even remember that she'd forgotten me...it's as if I'm wearing a clock of invisibility!

    I don't mind paying to be told I've stayed the same or even put on but I do mind being made to feel as if I'm just making up the numbers.

    I drove home vowing never to going again but I know that if I do that I'll put in all the weight I've lost and I'm not paying just to weigh ....so what do I do?

    Well a much better day planned/to be had today

    B - Scrambled eggs (HEXA milk and cheese) on HEXB toast. A reluctant apple

    D - Mackerel salad - the kiln mackerel from Asda which Google tells me is 5 syns per pack?

    T - Syn free chicken chasseur. 2 x becks blue (8?)

    A pint of milk before bed - syn free for baby bones :)

    (I totally didn't have a pub tea of corned beef pie, chips and peas last night :o it was the only syns I had so I just wrote it off )

    I'm sorry to hear this, have or can you tell her how you feel? By text or face to face! Or is there another class you can go to? Do you feel able to use us as a class and do from home? Nothing worse than being an afterthought or ignored completely. Think I'd have made her feel embarrassed by making it plain I'd been ignored, like Oh have you forgotten me again! In a loud voice :rotfl: sort of jokey but with meaning :rotfl:

    WI with STS, happy with this as had another trip out to the zoo this time so bread product again. Plus gf macaroons :o did do lots of walking though.
    1-1 had fab time but went completely pear shape the next couple of days. 1st reverted back to hitting me, 2nd day just refusal and under table. Last day of term back to being nice again so go figure :question:. I put it down to tiredness but as his dad says, no excuse to be violent!
    Oh well a week off now to relax and forget about him :D

    Mix of weather this morning, hot sunshine then clouded over, then thunder and heavy rain. Now back to full, hot sunshine :T

    Have a good bank holiday weekend (those that get one!) all :A
