Hope you like the quiche and I don't have to put Poppy on guard duty
Not that Poppy will do anything but love ya :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I've tasted the quiche and enjoyed it. Thanks tweets , Poppy can stand down.
I did find it a bit bland for my taste so I'll experiment next time. I think it would help with some garlic and herbs. I'll have it cold tomorrow with some beetroot and hot jalepenos. That should spice it up!0 -
I haven't read today's posts, but I am about to go out,so will catch up later.

Well done.
A stone in a month is really good, very inspiring. :j:Tcurl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
When I read this my first thought was that there wouldn't be anything on the against side, I've always wanted to be slim so what cons could there be? But then I found myself thinking of a few, and you're right, they are silly, but they could be a psychological block to sticking to plan. One of mine is that I've got plenty of clothes that fit me now and I like them, but they won't fit me when I lose 2 more stone... the other side to that coin is that I'll fit into a smaller size and have more choice of course. Did you do yours?
That's a good one..
My main "against" was that I don't like healthy food and exercise and it makes me miserable to constantly be eating food I don't enjoy. Logically - there are loads of different foods to try out that are healthy and nice, I just need to find them!
There seems to be a logical opposite for all the Against items once you sit and think about it..Afternoon all.
My lovely crustless quiche may end up in the bin it has turned a horrible green shade underneath.
I knew I should have been greedy and eaten it last night.
 did you use red onion? sometimes that turns green once it's been cooked and kind of bleeds into the egg.Saver-upper wrote: »I haven't read today's posts, but I am about to go out,so will catch up later.
