I'd say get rid of them - it'll give you the encouragement and motivation to stay slimmer. The only thing a lot of people keep is one dress or pair of trousers/top in their largest size to remind them how far they've come.

Of course you can say it - go for a size smaller, if that's where you want to be.

Don't forget if you need new clothes at any time as you reduce in size use your local charity shops and cheap clothes shops like Matalan, Primark etc until you get to the size you want to be. No point in spending loads of money of clothes you won't be wearing for very long.

I think you need to be a bit kinder to yourself kathryna . You've had a hard few months and you've still got the restricted diet to cope with. People managed when you were ill, let them manage again. You need to make some time for yourself. :A

Yes, they are jalepenos in a jar in brine from Aldi denise They're in their Mexican range so not sure if it's a special. I enjoyed my lunch. I'll definitely make the cottage cheese quiche again.

ShalaThanks for the chart. What a great start to the challenge! And Bubbs you're on a roll! Well done on SOTW.

Joedenise and Maman I top moussaka with an egg beaten into 0% fat greek yoghurt, salt and pepper, no cheese so no syns! . I'm sure I've seen a SW lasagne recipe that uses the same topping and I've made a veggie lasagne for tonight with just a sprinkle of cheese on top of the yoghurt sauce - all free apart from the cheese.

I've had a good NSV today, trying on holiday clothes to find that I've loads that are too big! (I don't plan to buy anything else as I have got enough that fits for a weeks holiday)I'm now in a quandary - do I get rid or keep them? Suppose I'm not confident that I'll stay at this size or, dare I say it, one size smaller.....

I've seen that topping in recipes too esmy so thanks for letting us know it tastes good.

I've been doing exactly the same as you today!! I've tried on all my holiday clothes and everything fits!:T Being picky I would like a slightly flatter stomach. I'm away for almost 3 weeks so I don't want to start off at the top of range. I could do with new espadrilles but I could pack and go tomorrow without buying anything. Unfortunately I have to wait for 4 weeks. :(

It's a lot more than 3 weeks since my last WI lois . I just checked and it's 5 weeks so it must be something to do with being at target. Once before a 'warning' message came up on the website telling me to go and weigh so I'll keep an eye on it.

I wondered where you'd got to topgirl . Glad you're staying on plan. We've not seen lush for a while either.

    Flipping computer ate my post!

Just flying through again, off to Dublin this afternoon for Take that, an early birthday treat.

Gave myself a talking too last night, really feeling awfully unfit and horrible with this extra weight on. Between waiting on the outcome of the interview and trying to get my dissertation finished I've not been trying this week either.

On Saturday I'll be 38 and I am determined that 38 will see me back in good shape.

    Hope you are all well!
    Enjoy take that:j:j:j
Woah something really odd just happened - my computer signed me out and the thread went all bright white and sleek and new. I signed back in and it's all green and clunky and familiar again - phew! I don't like it when the forum changes :o

I totally do this (and publish them on Instagram!) because it helps to see how well you're actually doing - weighing and measuring are all well and good, but when you see your back rolls disappearing it's great!

The only 'Against' argument I can think of is all the time it takes to plan and prep meals. The counter-argument is of course that you can batch cook and have 'ready meals' in the freezer, and how much prep does a tuna salad really need? Pure laziness really!

Well done to all the losers, some really ace losses the last few days! Thanks Shala for the chart and well done Bubbs SOTW!

    Thankyou:D

It's rather feeling like instead managing things when I was ill, they have just piled them all up, and now decided I am ready to deal with them again :(

But I haven't skive weigh in. Half pound gain which is a lot better than I expected

I've not been posting menu plans since WI as I've gone a bit off plan. Friday nights dinner consisted of a boiled egg and 5 gin & (diet) tonics! :o Not my finest hour.

Sat started well but I had mt HExB at breakfast then 2 more slices of bread at lunch. Then wine in the evening. I just stopped counting syns because its too disheartening.

Sunday was not too bad - well at least I had no alcohol!

Back on it yesterday & today though. I have a stone left to lose & its really hard to shift

    B: 2 Hifi bars
L: HM Cauli & horseadish soup, a small wholemeal cheese baguette (6+ HEx A) and some HM coleslaw (red cabbbage, carrot, onion & FF yog)
D: chick pea and spinach curry (SW recipe), rice and extra cauliflower on the side. Will try to resist the naan bread;)
