    Morning all

Sorry I haven't been posting much, I decided last week that I needed to de-clutter and I've been sorting stuff to sell on ebay, I listed loads of knitting patterns and it took much longer than I expected. I thought that was going to be the easy bit! I've got clothes to put on too and I know it takes longer to do those as you have to take more photos and include lots of details, measurements etc.

I was looking what i could have for HEXB is this right 2 alpen light bars?

Not sure if anyone responded to your question, but yes, 2 light Hifi bars are an HEB. Some Hifi bars aren't light and you only get one of those. Loved your food pics by the way, your scotch eggs look really nice. I'm definitely going to try that, but might wait for salad weather to return.

I normally start Monday morning totally on plan, but not feeling it this morning, as I know I can't do enough today and tomorrow to avoid a gain. Am going to try and be good though, even though my heart isn't in it.

If you draw that line and get back on plan you can minimise any damage that has been done already, and you never know, it might not be as bad as you think. Whenever I've strayed from the path I start again from Day One and put the past behind me. Remember you're doing this for you, not to keep your SW consultant/group happy.

Our Consultant last night gave me a "for and against" list to fill in for a bit more motivation, thought i'd share the idea here as it may help anyone else out there that is struggling (if you want to share on here then please feel free but keep it private if you want).. i'm going to sit down and do mine later. She said when you look at most of the "against" items they look a bit silly or like excuses in the long run and it makes you more determined to carry on.

When I read this my first thought was that there wouldn't be anything on the against side, I've always wanted to be slim so what cons could there be? But then I found myself thinking of a few, and you're right, they are silly, but they could be a psychological block to sticking to plan. One of mine is that I've got plenty of clothes that fit me now and I like them, but they won't fit me when I lose 2 more stone... the other side to that coin is that I'll fit into a smaller size and have more choice of course. Did you do yours?

Well, I think I've written an essay so I'll stop now. Well done to all the losers and virtual hugs to anyone else struggling.

    Have a good week everyone.

Just a quickie to say that roasted radish is good if you still have some to use up. A good sub for potatoes for an SP roast or good with Mediterranean veg.

Sorry but I didn't manage to get on here yesterday and I've missed about 4 pages!

I've scanned through quickly and seen lots of amazing losses. Well done!:T

Thanks for the pics bubbs and tweets. I'll definitely be trying the quiche with cottage cheese. I love the stuff so keen to try it cooked.

The Aldi kippers are free but other brands have some syns. They had stopped selling them in my local Aldi but maybe I need to have another look. I enjoy them for breakfast now and again.

I had far too many syns yesterday. I skipped lunch but had an afternoon tea. I chose wisely and probably limited it to about 20 syns as fortunately there was fresh pineapple and melon available alongside the synful stuff and I managed to dance for 3 hours! I am feeling bloated though so need to draw that line and have a good week.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 fried eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L: LO veg, cold chicken and pickles
D: salmon, SW chips, tomatoes, mushrooms, mixed veg ( babycorn, sugarsnaps, broccoli)
Syns: small squirt of HP sauce

Since I have installed the eBay app on my phone I am finding it a lot easier and quicker to list my stuff.
Not that it sells any quicker though!

    Afternoon all.
My lovely crustless quiche may end up in the bin it has turned a horrible green shade underneath.
I knew I should have been greedy and eaten it last night.

Did you cook it in a tin and then leave it in there? If so, that could be the reason. It's the only time I've had one go green!

Best to take it out and put on a plate in the fridge.

I cook mine in the paper cake tin liners - from Poundland if I recall correctly - inside a cake tin. Favourite at the moment is smoked salmon and watercress. Fortunately no one else likes it so more for me!!
