    In Aldi bubbs there was a group of seniors stocking up on Kippers, moaning that one variety was sold out. surely these are boneless?

    There for hubby, hes almost a senior :rotfl::rotfl: not really , he just said he likes them, now he tells me after 30 yrs!!:eek: but dont like the bones, so i said i will look.
    Looking on mysupermarket there are fillets so guess these are?

    Absolutely agree - just need to build it up again!

    You can buy boil in the bag kipper fillets which are supposed to be deboned but there are usually one or two left it but better than not buying fillets. I don't actually eat them but DH likes to have them occasionally but doesn't like the bones. Also boil in the bag cuts down on the smell!

    My crustless quiche looks lovely.
    Tempted to have a slice, but eaten enough today.
    How long will it keep in the fridge please?
    Contains red/yellow peppers, red onion, broccoli and cherry tomatoes.

    Its free if no cheese in it, so have a small slice :D

    the only thing with red onion is i found it to "bleed" so quiche goes a bit pinky

    There good for a snack if you are peckish, i said to my sister on the phone its getting really windy here, i then said, it may in more ways than one with the eggs i have had:rotfl::rotfl:
    I always take some for "breakfast" because i leave at 6.30:o
