They were really easy, i only got 3 eggs out of the box of sausages, you could probably stretch too 4
1, defrost the sausages red onion and rosemary, Linda McCartney
2, boil and shell the eggs
3, divide sausage mixture, make into balls and flatten in palm of hand
4, put the cold boiled egg into the middle of the sausage patty in the palm of your hand
5, bring the mixture up around the egg and then roll in your hand
6, place in an ovenproof dish and cook for 40 mins, turning once or twice, gas mark 6 i put them on
    HTH, eat and enjoy!

Shala put the link to my post with the recipe in the list at the beginning of the thread a few days ago. I found I needed 2 sausages for each egg - 1&1/2 just wasn't enough. Pity the sausages come in packs of 6.

Have you tried the vegetarian chorizo & red pepper sausages? Might try them next time I make them. Think they work out at 1/2 syn a sausage.
