    I did cook in a tin but transferred to plate.
    I will do the next one in a Pyrex bowl and eat same day.
    May eat some later though and not look at it!

    Hi, my menu plan for Tuesday is....

    Breakfast..porridge A/B mixed berries.

    Lunch.. cottage cheese, tomato salad Ryvita 6 syns inc butter clementine

    Dinner.. egg and chips S/W , garden peas, beetroot. Apple.
    Extra pkt crisps 5 syns f f yoghurt. Cracker bread 5 syns inc butter.
    16 syns one too many !!!

    Yes, that's right.

    I've made tweets quiche recipe tonight and it's in the oven cooking alongside my dinner. I'll probably need to taste test it later. :p

    Wiz - that's a Green day you're planning for tomorrow so not over on syns. You can have the lunchtime Ryvita as your 2nd HEB so only need to syn the butter:D. You'll be well inside your syns then!

    You can also have another HEA if you want to - maybe some cheese on the crackers:D.

    I might get some cottage cheese to try that as well, i think you may have to test it too:D

    Chicken salad/watercres/toms/cucumber/grated carrott/ beetroot/ 2 boiled eggs- yes im a pig


    Snack - strawberries

    Tea
    bacon, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, egg 2 slices toast (HEXB)
