    Morning All!

Mega busy week so havent had time to read thread properly so must catch up later on! Well done to all, whether you are pleased with your loss or are plodding through a not so great patch to get to where you want to be :T

No records were broken for me this week and have only truly been on plan half the week :o

So I will take the 1.5lb loss and try to be more organised!

Aaargh total fallen off plan. Don't know what happened last week, but I have managed not a single day on plan :(

Been quite stressed with work stuff, and stupidly busy outside of work, and just been hungry the whole time and making stupid choices.

It started bad when I could stay to group last Tuesday, and I really needed to, and now I am so tempted to skive off group this week, but know that is the worst thing for my weight loss. Even been avoiding this group because I have been too bad :(

I normally start Monday morning totally on plan, but not feeling it this morning, as I know I can't do enough today and tomorrow to avoid a gain. Am going to try and be good though, even though my heart isn't in it.

    Today's plan:
    Breakfast - overnight oats
    Lunch - cheese salad
    Dinner - chicken stir fry
    Snacks - strawberries and Skips

    HA - milk and cheese
    HB - oats
Syns - salad dressing (0.5), stirfry sauce (1), Skips (4.5)

Don't beat yourself up Kathryn. You've had a lot going on in your life. Draw the line and start again today.

You really need to go to group tomorrow even if it's just to find out how much "damage" is done. It probably won't be as bad as you think! Try and stay to group if you can as I'm sure it'll help you and you can get some support from your consultant and other members.

Going to need to replan my meal plan for this week as have just decided to have veg box delivered and so need to make sure I use all the veg up - even the radishes which neither DH nor I like very much. I've found a radish salsa which I think I'll try later in the week to have when we have burgers!

Today's plan is to have a Green day:

B - 25g granola (5.5 syns) (25g is not enough really but no fruit left to have the planned fruit & quark!)
    L - cheese on toast (HEA1/HEB1)
D - sweet & sour pork (HEB2) with rice & brocolli. HM S&S sauce is a syn free one

    HEA1 - 30g cheese
HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB1 - bread
    HEB2 - 65g cooked pork

Syns - Granola - 5.5. No other syns planned but syns are there if needed.

Thanks Denise. I know I need to go to group.
Have just come on this morning, so that could explain a lot. I'm so irregular at times, that it can be hard to know and spot the signs

They can be chopped up small and added to mince, the same as other veg if you really aren't keen on them. In a Bolognese or chilli you wouldn't be able to taste them.

Thanks for that. Will be having mince later this week may just add some to the mince. I'm planning on doing a sort of mousaka with layers of courgette & aubergine.
